We ship worldwide. Shipping fees will be available at checkout.
Starts when your order has been shipped and does not include standard processing time of up to 5 business days. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or US Holidays. For certain extended delivery zip codes, the order may arrive outside of the estimated timeframe. During holiday periods and certain promotional events, customers can expect an additional 3-5 days of processing time.
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
Return & Exchange Policy
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return your item.
In the rare case, that you're not obsessed with your order, you may return it for a full refund or exchange it for the same/different product within 7 days from receipt. Alternatively, we can issue you a store credit to place another order.
Whether you're looking to return your product for a full refund / exchange it, the shipping costs are supported by you.
We accept returns on all merchandise. Item(s) must be in original condition with no signs of wear or damage (including deodorant marks, makeup stains, tanning products, etc.). Tags MUST be attached on ALL returns.
In a rare case, should you receive a damaged item, You MUST notify customer service within 24 hours of receiving the order or you will NOT qualify for a refund.
